We are an out-of-network provider. This means we do not directly bill insurance companies, but will provide a superbill for the client to submit for reimbursement. Please check with your provider to learn more about your benefits.

Yes. We treat individuals, couples, and families with a systemic lens that explores the many relational dynamics in an individual’s life. We identify the patterns that have sustained the issues, and work to develop self awareness in order to gain different perspectives and learn new ways to address them.

The first session is a time to explore your reasons for seeking therapy. At this time, your therapist will ask questions to gain a better understanding of the problem and set goals for subsequent sessions. This is also a good time for the client to address any questions or concerns.
